Please inform me of the solution to the CenturyLink Email Not Working. I’m having trouble logging into my CenturyLink email. It isn’t functioning. Help me.
1. Incorrect configuration settings for CenturyLink email
Check to see if the CenturyLink Email Configuration Settings are right for each incoming mail server and the outgoing mail server. Until and unless the user makes the correct settings for the incoming mail server and outgoing mail server, which activates the CenturyLink Webmail server, CenturyLink Webmail will not be ready to function properly. If they’re inaccurate, change them in accordance with the inputs listed below.
- For Incoming Mail Server Settings
The user must enter their accurate Email ID and the appropriate domain in the username column for the Incoming Mail Server Settings.
Password: The user must enter the Login arcanum associated with his CenturyLink Webmail Account Email ID in the following column.
Pop.centurylink.net is the server.
PORT – 993
Security: TLS and SSL.
- For Outgoing Mail Server Settings
The user must enter their correct Email ID and the appropriate domain in the username section for the outgoing mail server settings.
Password: The user must enter the Login arcanum associated with his CenturyLink Webmail Account Email ID in the following column.
Smtp.centurylink.net is the server.
PORT – 587 / 465 ( anyone out of them each per the provision )
Security: TLS and SSL.
2. Remove unneeded junk mail and spam mail
Remove all unnecessary and junk emails from your CenturyLink email account because the 15 GB maximum storage limit per user/per account may be the cause of your CenturyLink email account’s inability to log in.
Spam and junk mail should be completely avoided, and they may even be sent to a special folder. Keep daily records of them, and promptly delete them.
3. Update Password/Login Credentials
Try changing the arcanum and then use the login information to access your CenturyLink email account. The issue with the user’s login account login arcanum is the primary cause of the CenturyLink Email Account Login drawback. Re-login to your account after changing your arcanum.
Keep the arcanum safe on your person, and make a personal note of its equivalent. Write the arcanum on a blank worksheet in WordPad or MS Word, copy an equivalent, and then paste it using CTRL + V on the specified arcanum column inside the CenturyLink Email Account login window for easy navigation.
