It is one divine bead that holds immense powers and has the ability to uplift the life of an individual in every segment of life. No matter what caste one is born in or irrespective of the gender, the pious Rudraksha beads can be worn by anyone. Also, one can wear the Rudraksha beads all the time. सुप्ते पीते सदाकालं रुद्राक्षं धारयेन्नरः | 19
: Srimad Devi Bhagavatam, Book – 11, Chapter – 7
“सोते समय, पीते समय अर्थात् सभी कालों में मनुष्य को रुद्राक्ष धारण करना चाहिए.”
Entire Information and data about the Rudraksha Beads are well documented in the Shiva Purana. This information does not talk about what one needs to wear or eat or drink anything apart from water. The first-ever compiled information about the do’s and don’ts of wearing the Holy Rudraksha is mentioned in the Shiva Purana, thus making it the primary literature comprising of information relating to Rudraksha.
Portions of the Shiva Purana Vidyesvara Samhita mention about how Rudrakshas can be worn on various parts of the body while chanting the Isana Mantra, Tripurusa Mantra, Aghora Mantra, Aghora Bija Mantra, Vama Deva Mantra and like. Thus making it one of the best books to refer and search the various Mantras. These mantras can likewise be found in other texts by their names.
There is an aspect of the Shiva Purana Vidyesvara Samhita section 32 that goes farther to clarify part of what you have approached with respect to how to wear for most extreme advantage and the Power of the Holy Rudraksha.
Section 32 states:
A man who is surrendered or who is occupied with iconoclastic acts or who is loaded with all transgressions turns out to be liberated from all wrongdoings by wearing a Rudraksha (on his body).
Which means here is that it is just important to wear the Rudraksha on the body regardless of what your beginning stage and you will change to a superior individual. Heavenly Books expresses that it doesn’t make a difference what garments you wear or how you lead your life at the current second. Heavenly Book states wear the Holy Rudraksha and watch the positive change.
Some portion of Self-Empowerment is the capacity having the option to sort out what individuals are attempting to mention to an individual what they ought to do with their lives and every one of us can just follow our individual ways as indicated by our Dharma and Karma so as we wear the Holy Rudraksha and serenade the Mantras we become more mindful and possibly we quit eating as much non-veg as we used to and afterwards perhaps we change the fluids that we drink normally and we must be prepared to acknowledge these positive changes on the off chance that they show up.
Influences relating to various social and cultural differences are found in a portion of the other Holy Books composed at different occasions in various ages. When you read the Padma Purana you will see the contrast between the Shiva Purana which is viewed as the Original Book of the Holy Rudraksha and one of the Holy Books that continued to be the prime books in the troubled times throughout the History of India.
Trouble in understanding the standards of wearing commonly originates from blending the data from other Holy Books with the Shiva Purana the same number of options have been included by other Holy Books.
The Rudraksha beads are sacred and are loved seeds of Lord Shiva. These beads are very powerful and range from 1 Mukhi to 21 Mukhi and few other species include the Gauri Shankar Rudraksha, Trijuti, Savar and like. Each of these beads works on a particular chakra of the body and offers a range of benefits. Rudraksha beads work on the physical, mental, emotional level of a person and also elevates spiritually. According to the Shiv Purana, anyone can wear a Rudraksha and there is no such rule book that states who needs to wear a Rudraksha and who cannot. For instance, if a person consumes alcohol, he too can wear the Rudraksha while if another person eats non-veg he too can wear a Rudraksha. A classic example of this is mentioned in the Shiv Purana itself. There was once a Yogini who was an ardent devotee of Lord Shiva. She consumed alcohol and yet wore Rudrakshas. Thus, it does not matter who is wearing this bead.
As time evolved, there were few other ancient texts which conflicted with the information mentioned in the Holy Shiva Purana. According to these other texts, a person consuming alcohol must refrain wearing Rudraksha. But this is not mentioned in the original text which is the Shiva Purana.

Once this is done remove the bead from the water and wipe it dry. Now apply aromatic oil on it and gently scrub it with a soft-bristled toothbrush.
