Corrections
Corrections get priority over everything else. If an article contains a factual error, an outdated figure, or advice that no longer holds, please say which article and what is wrong. Where the correction is significant the article is updated and the change noted.
Suggestions
Suggestions for subjects are welcome, particularly from people who deal with these things professionally. Retailers, engineers and tradespeople have pointed out plenty of things we had wrong, and those conversations have improved the writing considerably.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give advice on individual situations. Questions about a specific dispute, a particular appliance fault, a tax position or a building project need someone who can see the details and take responsibility for the answer. Anything sent asking for that will get a polite reply pointing you elsewhere.
